Refunds

In effect from 15 August 2026

In short. If it is not for you, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. No need to explain why.

This translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the original version prevails.

1. Full refund within 14 days

If the extension did not suit you, write to support@autoswipeai.com within 14 days of the payment date. We will return the full amount. You do not have to give a reason.

The rule applies to both the monthly and the yearly subscription, and covers the first payment as well as an automatic renewal, if you forgot to cancel and noticed the charge.

2. After 14 days

Payment for a period that has already started is not refunded: the subscription is cancelled and access remains until the end of the term you paid for. Unused days within a period are not recalculated.

Exceptions, where we refund later as well:

3. When no refund is given

4. How to get a refund

  1. Write to support@autoswipeai.com from the email address the account is registered to.
  2. Give the payment date and the wallet address you paid from — that is how we find the transaction.
  3. We answer within 3 working days.

We send the refund ourselves, to the same wallet the payment came from — there is no other way to confirm the recipient.

A note on crypto payments. We return the same amount in dollar terms as you paid. The coin's rate may have moved either way in the meantime — in coins you may receive more or less than you sent. The network fee for the transfer is deducted from the refund: sending a transaction for free is not possible.

If you paid by card with conversion, the refund still arrives in cryptocurrency: the payment service has no conversion back to a card.

5. There is nothing to cancel

We have no automatic renewal: you pay for a term, and when it ends access stops by itself. Nothing is ever charged without you, so there is no subscription to cancel — simply do not pay for the next period.

The current term is shown in your account and in the extension itself, in the “Subscription” row.
