Terms of use

By installing the AutoSwipe AI extension or taking out a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the original version prevails.

1. Who provides the service

AutoSwipe AI. Contact: support@autoswipeai.com. Registration details are available on request.

AutoSwipe AI is also the seller in the transaction. Payments are technically processed by NOWPayments — a payment service, not the seller: the subscription obligations are ours.

2. What this is

AutoSwipe AI is a Chrome browser extension that, in a tinder.com tab you opened yourself, swipes through recommendations and hits Like or Nope according to the conditions you set: age, height, distance, number of photos, stop-words in the bio, and — with a subscription — a score of looks and body type read from the photos.

We are not affiliated with Tinder, Match Group or their affiliates, have no permission from them and do not act on their behalf. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Important risk warning

Tinder's rules prohibit automating actions in the app. Using the extension breaches Tinder's user agreement, and your account there may be limited or banned without warning and without a refund of what you spent on Tinder subscriptions.

The extension makes random pauses between actions and keeps a share of passes, but that reduces the risk rather than removing it. By installing the extension you accept that risk. We do not compensate for a Tinder account ban or the loss of matches and chats.

4. Your account

An account is required: it is what ties you to the subscription.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.
One account is meant for one person. Passing access to third parties is not allowed.

5. Subscription and payment

The paid features are the looks filter and the body filter. Everything else works without a subscription.
Plans: monthly and yearly; prices are shown on the home page.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency or by card with conversion to cryptocurrency. Payments are processed by NOWPayments.
There is no automatic renewal. You buy access for a term — 31 days or 365 days. When it ends, access stops until you pay for the next period. There is nothing to cancel: no charge happens without you.
Paying before the term ends adds to what is left — paid days are not lost.
Prices may change. For existing subscriptions we will tell you by email in advance, and the change takes effect from the next period.

6. What is not allowed

Reselling access, renting it out or opening it to other people.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the extension to bypass the subscription check.
Using the service for deception, harassment, spam or any other unlawful purpose.
Attempting to disrupt our servers or to access other people's accounts.

In case of a breach we may block the account without a refund.

7. Accuracy of the scores

Estimating weight, height and looks from a photo is approximate. Angle, clothing, lighting and editing all shift it, and the looks score additionally carries the bias of the data the model was trained on. We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of it.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Tinder may change its site at any time, and the extension will stop working until an update is released. Planned and unplanned downtime is possible.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data or the blocking of third-party accounts. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription over the last 12 months.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by writing to support@autoswipeai.com. We may stop providing the service if these terms are breached, or if the service closes down — in the latter case we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes come with an email to your account address at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

The law of the seller’s country of registration applies; the registration details are available on request. Disputes are first settled by correspondence: write to us and we will try to reach an agreement.
